There is a issue with the stereo it self, may be wiring or may just be the stereo.
I have the same problem with my 2012 TL. Any help is would be appreciated!
2012 Acura TL - I want to adjust the radio base, I turn the knob and nothing happens...Help! I've taken it to the dealer and they know nothing. Everything else seems to work with the radio, just that knob.

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I have been experiencing a problem with my 2010 Acura TL base model where the dash buttons controlling the radio will stop responding. I am only able to change the volume when this event occurs unless I use the steering wheel controls which appear to be unaffected. Often times turning the car off for a short period and turning it back on will remedy this problem.

Same on my 2013. Any answers? Bluetooth or fuse related?
I have up trouble shooting and replaced the head unit...... and actually, I did not stop there. I decided to do an entire non-Nav to Navigation swap out. It was not easy (replaced EVERY COMPONENT), and took about 12 months of messing around and probably $1000... but it worked! Now I have a working stereo, with Navigation and a backup camera!
I have had this problem as well, seems to be getting worse with more frequent loss of power/control. Anyone find answers?

I did the same thing that wsorens did. Replaced the factory head unit, MB Quart component mids and highs in the front doors (an old set from when MB Quart was still made in Germany and was top quality), Lanzar 6.5" in the rear deck shelf, Sundown Audio X12 V2 D2 subwoofer. Sundown Audio SAE 2000D 2000 watt mono amp for the sub and a Sundown Audio SAM-65.4 to feed the mids and highs up front and the 6.5" in the rear deck shelf. Sky High audio oxygen free copper 0 gauge power and ground, Sky High Audio signal cables. Also upgraded the alternator to a 240 amp Mechman and upgraded the battery to a Optima Yellow top AGM as well as a backup camera. Cost me around $3k but now I have a superior sound system that I no longer have to worry about glitching out on me!
