Car won't start after reconnecting battery

Asked by Clay Dec 04, 2018 at 03:45 PM about the 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I disconnected both battery terminals to reset the check engine light (per my
local Honda dealer) and then reconnected the terminals after waiting a few
minutes.  Now my car won't start.  It doesn't click, dash lights won't turn on,
nothing.  I disconnected the terminals a second time and then reconnected
and I'm still getting nothing.  I cleaned both terminals with a toothbrush to
make sure they were clean but still nothing.
