is 100,000 miles to high to buy in a mercedes benz

Asked by hernetier Dec 30, 2014 at 08:13 PM about the 2010 Mercedes-Benz R-Class R 350 BlueTEC

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

i see many mercedes r350 cars .  they have reasonable prices until you get to the
mileage. I know mercedes is a good car if maintained. but, do you think the ones over
100,000 miles are still ok to consider?

If you like the cost to maintain them then sure go right ahead....You will have to go to the dealer for just about any thing including oil changes most likely.

the engine is the least of your worries, it should go to 1million if properly maintained, mine at 165,000 miles still rides like a charm, take care of the small things they tend to grow to a major and costly repairs like glycol leaks into the transmission amongst many... good luck
