I have a 2010 dodge avenger and the fuse keeps
blowing up when I start the car and also blows up
when I'm driving the car when that happens I lose
all power and steering wheel locks up I'm stuck  
what could it be....

If a fuse keeps blowing it means there is a short somewhere- two wires are crossed or one wire is grounding, or some electrical failure- you get the idea- a little detective work- or just hire an electromechanical detective-

Check your owners manual it will tell you on the fuse diagram where the fuse may be connected giving you a place to start.
