Can I use a 60 R16 instead of the 65R16 on my Dodge avenger I'm talking tires and rims

I'm trying to change my tire on the front left side but I wanna know if I can use
a 65 R16 tire on a 60 R16 rim????

Yeah but it will be 5mm total height bigger. The R16 determine the size of the rim, so both are the same. The R60 and 65 means the thickness of the tire. The first measurement like 225 or 205 determines the width of the tire
