Rod knocking 2010 Dodge Avenger SXT

Sat I had my oil and filter changed at Vilvoline,
today while driving the rod started knocking bad. 2
mechanics said my engine is done, but it still
drives. Said take it back to Vilvoline they did
something wrong possible bad filter because oil
shows full on stick. What do you think

Unless you can prove that they forgot to put oil in it you would be out of luck.
