A/C went out on my 2010 Honda civic, had to get it recharged at a little pit stop place. Will the Honda company reimburse me the $80?

Question type: General

I just bought a used 2010 Honda Civic from the dealership almost a month ago. It
came with a limited warranty.
My boyfriend and I were on our way to a resort and my air conditioner all of a sudden
went warm and was barely blowing any air out. Were in the middle of six lane traffic so
we decide to find a little repair shop at the next town.
If I take in my receipt showing that I had to pay $80.00 to have my ac charged, will
they give me the money back?

Check with the dealer and check your warranty to see if that is covered under the warranty

Unless you purchased a Honda Certified Pre Owned vehicle, i seriously doubt the dealer or Honda will reimburse you. Especially you did not bring the car to their shop for repair.
