2005 Ford Focus, engine not start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 Ford Focus Zx3 2.0L does not start. I put
in a new starter, it turns, but engin does not start.
All the lights work, battery fully charged. Mechanic
says that engine is not turning. Dash shows
security lock sign. Any help would be appreciated.

It turns over for you but not the mechanic ? Check for proper fuel pressure and spark , are the injectors firing ?

It turns for 1 second, even with mechanic. I dont know if its caused because car is locked

There is new spark plugs in, but it does not turn...it does not start, even eith new starter
