AC not cooling 2010 honda civuc, low side pressure reads over

My AC went warm then hot during one of
the hottest days here in texas, it shortly
came back on as if nothing was wrong for a
few days then it went warm again so I
assumed it had to be freon sinve I bought
the car new and have never charged it but
when I connected my low side guage with
the AC on high and the engine at idle it shot
way past the normal 50-55psi i was looking
for at 95 degrees. I've never added anything
to the system so i can't fathom why it is
reading so high. The compressor seems to
be running without any hitches and if i can
get my RPM around 1500 while moving it
kind of cools. Keeping in mind that I've
never added or subtracted any r134. It
should be between 50 - 55 psi at 95 degrees
but it is more like 90...or at least that is
what my pressure gauge is showing.

Compressor is running (seemingly
normally), fans are all spinning (inside and
out) and it is somehow reading over
pressure even though no one has ever
added (or subtracted) any freon. I was
thinking maybe a compressor issue but all
my experience with failing compressors
usually nets equal pressure between high
and low and the high side reads normal...i
am so stumped, hope someone may have
an idea i can try. This happens to happen
righ5 after i get laid off...JOY ;>)
