The signs of a blown head gasket is the same on all vehicles. Consider this, on the block and the heads that mate are three ports for each cylinder. antifreeze coolant port, oil port and exhaust port. A problem in this area will either mix antifreeze with oil or antifreeze with exhaust. Hence a crack in the block, head or the gasket will either be exhaust in the cooling system beyond 1500 degrees where coolant will over heat and escape from the overflow or the exhaust system ( tail pipe ) or antifreeze will mix with oil in the crank case and heads. Pull the oil check dip stick and look for a milky oil aspect or remove the oil fill cap and look at the underside for the same milky aspect. Start the engine with the the antifreeze fill cap off and see if it over flows also check the exhaust pipe with you first crank it for the smell of antifreeze . Keep in mind you can smell water in the cooling system.
