Has anyone had an issue with the horn blowing at random times either while parked or driving?

at times I can be at work and someone would tell me my horn is blowing on
my 2010 dodge journey or when I am driving the horn would start blowing.

That is a problem with the horn button in your steering wheel or a damaged wire in the steering column. When it shorts out the horn blows.
