What's wrong with Toyota Yaris

Why would my car cut off whenever I turn
headlights 'signals'a/c on it cuts the car off but I hit
the brakes and nothing happens lights work and all

Voltage problem, now it could just be a battery robbing power but from what you state the charging system is not up to specs. You need to find a shop that can test the whole system.
