2010 Nissan Sandra A/C comp won t engage and fans don't work

My air conditioner will not cut on the compressor
does not engage and I also noticed that the fans
don't run on the radiator have my car's been getting
a little hotter than usual but it hasn't reached the
point of overheating it I've had this problem for a
year and just now getting around to fixing it again
because it's summertime and hot as hell. The fan
still blows on the inside and the heat works but the
air conditioner does not
