Nissan Maxima dashboard and radio

Hi, I am looking to get a Nissan Maxima
but it doesn't come with the color monitor,
just the orange screen with the a/c controls
on the top and the radio controls on the
bottom. I know you can replace the screen
but I was wondering if there was some way
to change out the entire dash where the
a/c controls and radio are on the bottom
and the navigation on the top and with the
monitor. I want it to be the factory one like
some of the other models have. So is this
possible? And if so how much and where
could I get it?
