My Altima is having trouble starting, it's taking a while before it starts up. Could it be the battery??

if it is cranking good, it is more likely a fuel problem. check the fuel pressure and see if it is within specs for your car.

It's cold in the mornings when I start it up. It drives fine just having trouble starting up but it does start every time.

Still wouldn't hurt to check the fuel pressure. Could be a sign that your pump is going bad

I had iit checked out at the auto parts place. It was the battery that needed replacement .
