The Mercedes-Benz Dynamic Select Drive has different modes, one of them is the E (ECO) for fuel economy. Unless your car is equipped with a similar drive mode, there is no way, that I know of, to plug it into a computer and make the engine more fuel efficient. You can, however, help by following the well known economy drive habits and factory maintenance recommendations.
