under the center council between the driver and passanger seats. there will be a plug in the floor with a little picture of a tire on it. remove the plug and use the tire iron to lower the spare tire from the bottom side of the vehicle.

Depends on whether the van has the "Stow 'N Go" option. With this option, it is under the floorboard between the front seats as shaggy1981 said. Without this option, it is in the rear where you open the tailgate and it is inside the rear fender as stated by markhelpful. jack72138

On my 2014 town n country limited sto. N. Go this is a poor design for Chrysler on this limited edition since they are the highest price vehicle in it class on one of my least expensive vehicles they have a spare tire on it but on this nice luxury vehicley there is no spare tire

anyone know the part number for the spare tire lowering kit. My 2016 T7C came through without the spare and the tool kit to lower the spare. I live in a desert area and not too happy without a spare on a $35K vehicle. What are they thinking?

there is NO spare tire for the 2015 town & country, just a repair kit with the jack.

It is very upsetting, paying for a top of the line chrysler town and country and when I had a flat , there being no spare tire I had to pay for a tow truck and chrysler told me that with my 50,000 dollar van I wouod have to pay for a spare separately .

Sorry guys...but I have a 2015 Town and Country with stow and go. And yes the tire is under the middle of the van and is lowered down with a wrench. It's a mini but it is there...and no, it's not an option. I don't think the government will let them sell a car with no spare.

Thank you GuruWJWBB, your answer saved me from going to the junk yard to look for a spare. It is as you said right under the front seats with lowering access between the dash and console.

Some T&C Vans have true compact spares and some do not. It is the luck of the draw. They has to eliminate the spare in some of the cars to save weight to meet the government fuel economy standards. If there is no spare, you get a pump that spays sealant into the tire to seal a leak. Not a good option.

For what it’s worth, thrtr are many vehicles today sold with out a spare tire. I know it makes no sense but it’s a cost and weight saving measure. To the people who suggested the up front location THANK YOU SO MUCH! It keep me out of the junk yard as well

2006 t&c with stow and go. verified spare tire is under the vehicle. Can be accessed by lowering from inside the vehicle. The access port is on the floor between the center console and the dash. Plastic cap and use the tools from the storage compartment in the rear. Thanks to everyone who posted this.
