Hi I have a 2010 chevy suburban 4x4 5.3 v8.

My question is when I go from any stop and when it shifts into 4 gear it makes
a high sound and then it slips into the 4 gear Can anyone tell me whats wrong
and how to correct it?????????  Thank you......

Got enough transmission fluid? Check that first. Also check for any lose wires. The computer may not be getting a proper signal and not allowing the transmission to shift into OD. I do hate to say it, but I agree with Tom. He's the man.
