how do I dispute a cargurus rating

I am a dealer, and someone posted a 2 star rating about my dealership.  How do I dispute
or respond to this?

Talk is cheap, but it takes money to buy whiskey....TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR CARS, Have a great service dept. , and stand behind your product. That will kept people coming back, and it will last for generations.And your rating will sky rocket. I don't know your dealership is, I live in MI. But where i come from, But a mans hand shake, is worth something....hope this helps
