Tried to start truck this morning. Turned the key
to the start position, the engine turned over but
would not start. Released the key and the
engine continued to turn over, when not in the
start position. Help, what's goingnon?

Sounds like you have a bad starter solenoid not disconnecting when key is released.

2010 F150 will not start. Instrument panel works it turns and wants to start but doesn't. You can let go of the key and it keeps trying to start.

2010 F150 FX4 (5.4L) - starter cranks, but engine does not start. starter runs on for a few seconds after key turned. any ideas why?
