2010 Ford F150 Rear lights turn signals, break lights not working, changed all related fuses it came back on for a bit now off again

We have a 2010 Ford F150 the rear break turn dinsls and
flashers suddenly stopped working, we changed all related
fuses they suddenly started working again so we th6we
fixed the issue go back out later to drive it they weren't
working once again we did go under the truck bed and
wiggle some wires at one point, is this wiring or the switch
in steering wheel?
