Can i use Busch 02 sensor or do i have to use ford motorcraft?

I replaced passenger upstream 02 sensor with napa Busch
brand and my gas mileage still droping and voltage is
fluctuating from .9 to 20. To 210mv . So is it cuz i didnt get
it from ford or its something else plz help..

It already feels like it running rich. Cuz my average mileage per gallon . Went from 18mpg to 11

So thats normal for it jump that high. I do have a p0150 code on . So what do u think my issue is .
P0150 is the OBD-II generic code indicating the O2 sensor 1 for bank 2 fails to meet the minimum or maximum voltage limits calibrated into the Engine Control Module .. i thought bank 2 is driver side upstream
Motorcraft is a better choice for Ford vehicles without exception. May cost a little more though. Get your vehicle to a repair shop as it is apparent you have no idea what you are doing and you will cost yourself more throwing parts at it than if you had a qualified mechanic repair it.
