2010 Mini Cooper with a dead new battery

I had the 10 year old battery replaced in my mini 2 weeks ago. It is parked in
my garage ~ i tried to start it today & it is completely dead? Any ideas of what
the problem might be?

first thing i would do is take the battery back where you got it and have it tested, you could have gotten a bad battery, its pretty rare however it does happen you might have a dead cell. Are you sure all the light was turned off when you parked it?
