Low Price suggestion compared to market. Low MPG posted compared to facts

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

This is my first time using Car Gurus, but I'm not impressed so far.  I have looked at comparable cars and for some reason (I assume they pay you) clearly "lesser" vehicles are getting higher "fair values" (older with more miles and clearly lesser condition)...  why? how do I control that point?  Second, CG auto posts MPG stats which do no reflect my actual experience in my car... how do I fix that??

The MPG information should be the EPA official numbers. As far as value you do not know what other sellers chose for condition and options when they placed their ad. Even location will change the value as some markets are higher or lower than yours.
