Pull back on the belt tensioner, get the old belt off, reroute the new belt so your up to the belt tensioner, pull back on the belt tensioner and slide the belt back on. They make a tool for moving the belt tensioner since it is a tough spring to move. Check an auto parts store for a tool, makes it a lot easier.
