Noise in front tire

I have a 2010 Nissan Rouge and there is a
ticking/tapping noise coming from the front tire
but no other problem

something stuck in the tread? something rubbing on the tire on the inside of the wheel well?

A rock in the tread will do that. Eventually it will fall out or you can look for it and pry it out with a screwdriver.

I have Nissan rogue 2016 rogue SV. I heard front right tire sound when I'm turning to the right and accelerate my speed.
