Cargurus is a listing ad site. They don't sell cars, lease them or buy them. Are you looking to trade in? Contact any dealer and they will work a price for you. You can also post an ad here to sell your truck yourself. If you just want to dump the truck, there are plenty of dealers and business that will buy cars for wholesale if you want the truck go right away. Contact a few.
