Ihave 2010 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi and it is giving me 13 mpg after K&N 33-2247 High Performance Replacement Air Filter and performance chip. Should it be giving me more then 13 mpg in city ?

I have done same on my 2004 Hemi, AWD crew cab Ram and that is about best in town in 150K miles. Rural ~15-17 Towing a 6700# trailer over mountains - 8
