Check engine light 2010 ram

Just done a tune up on my 2010 ram 1500
because of a miss in cylinder 5 now it will run
perfect ecept when I accelerate then check engine
light blinking loses power and flutters after letting
off of the gas it smooths out check engine light
goes off

Check the code but sounds like it's going into limp mode, meaning there's something serious that the computer is detecting like out of oil etc.

The computer is not showing no codes that why we can't figure it out

Do a visual inspection making sure all plugs are connected in engine compartment and check oil level

Flashing check engine light means the engine is misfiring. Try scanning the computer again for codes IF, no codes you need to read data in real time with a good scan tool.
