You could do just that one , it would be the first one to bleed if you were ding them all , you start with the furthest wheel and work your way forward .
Do all four that way you have fresh fluid in the system.
I Changed the R/H rear caliper on the 2013 Ram, do I need to bleed just the one Caliper or all 4 now??
