My truck got wet and died. Now won't turn
over or make any sound when turning the
key and shows no fuse. What is it???

It depends on how much wet the truck got. You don't say, but I suppose that the truck got wet by driving or standing in water that reached at least to half of the tires height. Normal rain should not affect the electronic system. Did you use a water hose to spray clean the engine?
