Hard starting on GMC

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2010 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 4.8. It starts very hard. I checked the
fuel pressure and it starts at 61 psi after running for about 30 second it drops
to about 42 psi. I have codes P0172 and P0175 rich on both banks. Long
term fuel trim is -30% on both banks. During injector balance test, the
pressure sweep is from 61 psi to 41 psi on all injectors. I have never seen
that much of a drop in pressure during that test. My questions would be: Are
the injectors flowing too much or is my fuel pump bad? Will a bad fuel pump
cause a rich condition?

This is a flex fuel truck and the fuel composition was reading 79% alcohol. I reset the fuel composition with my scanner and it fixed the truck.
