2010 GMC Yukon service stabiltrak, ads, and noise

Driving in snow and ice and started to hear
what we thought was ice packed in the wheel
wells. Washed the undercarriage and notice
the noise still there. Shortly after, had power
surge and service staniltrak and abs light
came on.
