2010 f250 super duty

once truck is started within 20 seconds there are no dash lights, radio, signals,  
a/c what could the problem be

See those two fuses in diagram? You can click on diagram to enlarge. not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use a test light. As you can see the 5 amp fuse goes hot with key on. So, when problem is ongoing check that 5 amp fuse for voltage? if no voltage, may have to check feed to and from ignition switch? Fixing one issue may or may not fix the others? good luck
