2017 2500 tow mirrors

Ok so i got a 2017 cclb ram 2500 blacktop. I
wanted tow mirrors when i ordered but somehow it
got messed up along the way. Long story short i
have the sport power folding heated mirrors and i
want the dealership to put the power folding tow
mirrors however they say my computer wont
regonize them and they wont work properly. They
have the exact same 2 wire harnesses as the
mirrors i currently have and same mount. Does
anyone have experience changing over to tow
mirrors on the 2500. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. I was wonder if you where able to get the tow mirror installed?

Ordered a pair from 1AAuto puddle light, turn signal, power heated, power folding to replace my sport mirrors on a 2500 dodge, changed them myself all work well see utube video for installation very simple

I ordered the same, but they are operating opposite each other. One goes in when the other goes out
