I have a 2011 Ram 3500 Dully. My transmission is slipping when it gets to 5th and 6th gears. I am manually shifting to 4th and driving it like that until it gets fixed. However the last week I forgot to manually shift and the transmission worked fine. So I drove it for a day with the transmission working fine. Then it started to slip again. Does that sound right? Can it slip and then stop slipping? Also, my drivers side door lock has worked on and off for a couple of months, during the time the transmission was working last week the door lock was working too. Could there be an electrical problem that is causing the door locks and the transmission to not work?
