If you are hitting the brakes real hard that is ABS kicking in, normal. (You did say high speed?) Otherwise suspect warped rotor(s)

in general you do have warped rotors, now if you have rear disc, you have to determine frt or back, you will get pedal shudder with frt or back but can distinguish frts if the steering wheel shudders as well, hopw this helps

If your back rotors are warped you should feel a vibration coming through the seat area of your drivers seat.In other words,a vibration in the seat of your pants.GOOD LUCK!!!!
