My A/C on my 2010 toyota Highlander is not getting really cool. What could it be? I am thinking about trading in but it is paid for has just about everything new, brakes, tires, etc

My A/C on my 2010 toyota Highlander is not getting very cool. what could it
be. It is paid for and has just about everything new brakes, tires, and I have
maintained according to the manufactured maintenance schedule since day 1.
Still rides like new. Any ideas before I bring it in?

If condenser coil is clogged with dirt and bugs will cause not enough air flow through coil spray out with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser coil clean it also so that good air flow can get to condenser coil
