It’s a main locking box in the driver door the electronic that’s probably your problem or check your fuses
Same issue exactly. I pulled the cylinder and the pieces inside it are pretty sloppy. While holding it and turning the key nothing moves. I slid some of the internals around and then it moved everything for about 10 turns then nothing again.
There is a good Youtube video that shows the door lock cylinder components very well called "Pinning Demonstration: 2012 Ford Fiesta Freewheeling Door Lock". At one end of the cylinder is a push nut. Under it are the declutching plate with two prongs and then a flat part called the lever with an oblong hole in the center with an nub. Remove those three parts for inspection. The corners of nub in hole of the lever and the notch on the remaining cylider part where the nub gets put are probably worn down and slightly rounded. New parts will have a nice corner edge.
I'm having the same issue, how did you fix it.
