I love my car, but the winter performance of the 17" tires is terrible. Will 16" wheels fit on this car?  It is a 2011 Sonata Limited. My intent is to get some cheap wheels with snow tires for winter use and switch out in the fall/spring.

My understanding is that the LTP light will be on all winter if I change them out myself - will I have to take it to a dealer to reset the LTP sensor when I put the original wheels back on, or is this something that's easy to do yourself?

Yes u can as long u get the right offset. Just make sure u don't have Brembo galiper on ur car. Some cars came out with Brembo's on it when then run out of parts on assembly lines. They just use available parts. The 2.0 litres also fit 16 inches intead of 18 inches wheels. I got the 2.0 limited, but mine has Brembo's.... Got better breaking distances but more expensive tires and wheels.
