what does a salvaged title do to the price of a vehicle?

Asked by SCRcars Jan 30, 2015 at 12:38 PM about the 2010 INFINITI G37 Sedan RWD

Question type: General

I'm considering purchasing a G37 that has a salvaged title, but I want to know what kind

It probably cuts the cars value in half or more, depending on the reason it was salvaged. If you are financing it will severely impact the interest rate ... in fact , some companies won't touch a salvage. Usually a salvaged car's value is for parts only. If you are buying the car through an Internet Salvaged Company ... do research on the company (Google #### problems) ... Some companies have hidden fees that will almost wipe out savings. Make sure to check your states MVA laws regarding how to get a salvaged vehicle licensed (reconstructed ) Good Luck
