My dad had the same problem on his Lincoln MKZ. Come to find out there is a button on the key fob that allows you to drop the windows down a couple of inches for extreme heat during the summer. Every time he put it in his pocket, he would accidentally hit the button and the windows would lower. You may have the same feature on your key fob. Check your owners manual.

I also own a 2011 Camry with the same problem on the driver's window. After having complained to the dealership over the past year, I finally diagnosed the problem myself. It is the rubber seal at the top corner that has deformed and occasionally obstructs the window from closing. The window comes back down when it hits the obstruction. So bad this past weekend that I had to manually push the rubber seal back in place with one hand, while slowly closing the window with the other. My dealership told me that the rubber seal has hardened, and needs to be replaced. Toyota Canada refuses to fix the problem, and I will need to pay about $500 to replace the window rubber seals. I purchased the car new from Sun Toyota in Edmonton. The person at Toyota Canada with whom I corresponded with is Christopher Krascek.
