Either a bad CV-Joint, look for a torn wet boot is a good indication, or a bad wheel bearing. Lift the front end up and see if there is any play in the wheel from top to bottom.

Hi Rowefast ,Thanks for answering .. but i have shown today CV joint is good and i think wet boot is a part of rack and pinion which is already replaced

Sounds like something rubbing when the wheel goes around. One time I had a tick tick tick after replacing my front axles when going slow. That ended up being a wheel weight on the inside of my rim coming around and just nicking the brake caliper. Just take the wheel off and look closely at the rotating parts, look for a wear mark.
