Is it the power outlet that is bad, or the power wire that you're trying to charge with? Most power cords have an internal fuse. Have you tried other things to charge?
Yes tried different ones and both power outlets don't work
Have you pulled more than just one fuse? Did you check the fuses under the hood as well as the ones in the car? Have you pulled the fuse and tested the inserts for power where the fuse slides in? If the fuses are all good, then you will now have to tear into the dash and start following the wires. Should be able to pry the face plates off to remove the part that holds the sockets. Is the cigarette lighter just under the stereo in your car? If so, here is a video that will show you how to take all the plastic off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLFTdbZU8Ww You should buy a needle test light so when you unplug the wires from the back of the cigarette lighter, you can test them to see if you have power.
