Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere? At the two wire connector for blower motor, unplug it, use a test light between the two terminals, wire harness, key on, hvac on, Does the test light come on? One of those wires is voltage and the other ground. In the diagram, at blower motor, the top wire is voltage, the bottom wire is ground. Also, for testing, see the blower relay, unplug it, switch side of relay, left side in the diagram, use a jumper wire between two terminals, everything on, will the blower motor run? Did you check for voltage at applicable fuses? Use a test light, Two of those fuses are hot all the time, the other fuse goes hot with key on. Any applicable trouble codes for that system?
