Should this car be legal and okay?

I found a car manufactured in Canada, but for sale in a local Ford dealership.
Should it be allowed to be used by me here in the states?

As long as the emissions meet US standards. There will be a sticker under the hood stating what emissions standards it meets.

Make sure the speedometer is in miles and not kilometers, unless you don’t mind.
