IF your code doesn't work, it may not be the right code. Take a look up under the dash on the driver's side to the left of the steering column for a black box with a black/white sticker. On it will be printed the five digit code. Now if that doesn't work, someone has changed out the ECM. The "new" code is stored there and can be accessed by a Ford Dealer's OBDll reader. Then you can also program in your own personal/temporary code.
