Clock will not display on radio

My clock won't display after new battery either. tried every thing including disconnect of battery to reset again, driving for 100 plus miles. 3 days later still not working. Just like cruise control works and quits off and on. Blue tooth want set anymore.

I'm glad it worked for you. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. My clock went out one day on my 2013 Avalanche so I kept looking until I found this solution on YouTube. However, the next day when I went to use it, the clock was working again. Very strange. There must be a bug in the system.

Thanks for posting! In March I was rear-ended and my Avalanche was declared totaled despite what I thought to be fixable issues. I bought the truck back and just completed the final repair 7/18/19. I did not recall an issue with my radio but had long ago replaced the battery. Clock had been working. But 7/18 it had the issue described by others. I will look to apply the "fix".

Had exact same problem and followed steps. I too had to had to set clock a second time but no big deal. Beats trying to reboot computer. The code is the magic trick.
