why my 2011 Chevy Aveo powers down when I run my A/C on and the brake gets hard and it keeps rolling ?

help..I have a 2011 Chevy Aveo . I live in  a hot area and if I run my A/C it powers down
too much and sometimes the brake gets to hard to push down and it keeps rolling.
