transmission fluid

go to the dealer not JI... LU...
A slipping transmission, especialy when cold Usually means low on fluid. A 2011 should be ok unless you have very high mileage.
Should be serviced every 30-50,000 miles depending on the year.
If you live in the hot weather, or cold weather climates, you should consider doing it 3/4 of the factory recommended change. 75,000 miles. Make sure the filter is changed also, not just drain and fill. If you have slippage, get it serviced and tested also. Sometimes new fluid is all that is needed. Have them check the color of the fluid. Normally the factory recommendation of 100K is good enough. You know your driving habits, do accordingly. If you want to believe your are Mario Andretti, I'd change it at 50 to 75K. If you only go to the grocery store and church, 100K.

Califcarson's answer is good.. i wouldnt wait for the signs to show up. If you did wait to late to change your fluid, 150000 or so, dont change the fluid. You might have another 100000 in that trans. Toyota bleaves in this madness and most trans shops do. The contamunation in the old fluid helps the clutches. So change your fluid every 35000 to 50000 or not at all
When do change transmission fluid
Is there a dip stick for transmission fluid on 2014 Camaro convertible?
No dipstick in the 2010-2012 camaro. V8 or v6 It’s a sealed transmission unless you buy a aftermarket dipstick. Unless your trans is leaking you shouldn’t need to worry l. Burning of the fluid is rare
Do a 2013 Chevy Camaro ls have a dipstick location for transmission
